Enter your facility details, upload your logo, and keep your branding consistent across all screens.

Create rooms for the spaces you want to schedule (rinks, gyms, classrooms, meeting rooms).
Step 4. Add Events
Create single or recurring events right in VenueBoards, or import from an .ics calendar file. Assign rooms — and optionally teams with their dressing/locker rooms — so your displays always show exactly what’s happening, where.

How long does it take to set up VenueBoards?
Most facilities are displaying live schedules within 1-2 hours. Add your rooms (15 minutes), import or create your schedule (15-30 minutes), upload posters or videos (advertising of your venue events or sponsors), configure your display (15-30 minutes), and connect your screens (5 minutes per screen).
What equipment do I need?
Any screen with a web browser or a mini-computer connected to a monitor/TV. We recommend a mini-pc for their flexibility for dedicated signage displays, but any smart TV, computer, or browser-enabled device works. Setup takes up to 5 minutes per screen: open the browser, navigate to the activation page, scan the QR code with your phone, and select your display configuration. No proprietary hardware or installations required.
Can I import from our existing calendar system?
Yes. Export an .ics file from Google Calendar, Outlook, or any calendar system, then import it into VenueBoards. You can preview events before importing and select only the ones you need. This is a manual import process (not a live automatic sync), which gives you full control over what appears on your public displays. (A live Google Calendar sync option is planned for future updates.)
What happens if our internet goes down?
Screens cache your schedule and continue displaying. When internet connectivity returns, they automatically update with any changes you've made. Your displays stay functional even during outages.
Can we customize the look to match our brand?
Yes. Create custom themes with your colors, fonts, and logo. Choose from pre-built seasonal themes (holiday themes available) or design your own. Every element—header, footer, schedule colors, backgrounds—is customizable.
How do updates work? Do we need to manually refresh screens?
